Booking
All services ought to be reserved and specialized via Pearl Nadi Travels
&Tours Co, ltd, in Yangon.
Tour Cost
All tour cost are prescribed net in US dollars and subjected to
change without notice. All credit cards will not be accepted. All
services are quoted at the time of currency but the subject can be
change with current market.
Payment
So as to ensure your reservations and specialization, deposit is
requested to be paid. Upon tour confirmation 20% deposit is requested in
order to guarantee your reservation. Twenty (20) days prior to the
arrival of the clients, full payment is to be paid. Prior to the arrival
of the clients, services will not be specialized on condition that
remittance fails to reach us. Only when is the client's arrival so
close, cash on arrival is acceptable. Payment is able to be
remitted to our bank account via telex transfer. Including
traveler's cheque, American Express and visa card will not be accepted
to settle any monetary transactions in Myanmar accept merely US Dollars.
Notes in small and big ones will be accepted.
Cancellation
On the day of the written notice is received, cancellation fees are
usually
worked out. Cancellation charges are as follows;
30 days prior to arrival : Nil
29-15 days prior to arrival ; 20 % on tour Price
14- 7 days prior to arrival ; 30 % on tour Price
Less than 7 days prior to arrival ; 50 % on tour Price
Refund
For unused tickets; transportation, sightseeing tours, accommodation
meals or other services, both in part and full, no refund will be paid
after the commencement of travel in accordance with the programs.
Package Tour
All sorts of tours are escorted and accompanied together with an
experienced guide throughout the tour.
Group Discount
Tour leader of a 16-member-group will be provided F.O.C in sharing twin
room and 50% discount on transfers and tours subject on transfers and
tours subject to a maximum limited of two members per group.
Meals and Accommodations
Daily breakfast will be provided or served at the hotels. Our guide will
serve (you) lunch and dinner at the local Restaurant. Please note that the first class accommodations may not always be
available in some Myanmar destinations. We will specialize as usual the
first rate services.
Responsibility
Neither Pearl Nadi Travels & Tours Co., Ltd nor any person (whoever)
helping takes no responsibility for any loss, injury, damage, accident,
delay or irregularities sustained by the clients, including those
occurred outside the tour programs.
The company can not take any responsibilities for losses or expenses owing
to delays or changes in other services, accident, sickness, weather
impacts, war impacts, other hidden causes of unforeseen circumstances.
Pearl Nadi Travels and Tours Co., Ltd, if it deems necessary, many
substitute flights in place of with train or coach services due to
circumstances unforeseen (or) beyond its control.
Anyhow, sustainable efforts will always be made to keep up the
original tour programs and arrangements.
